This three-bedroom Airbnb in Rye, featuring two living areas and a dining space, was in need of a complete refresh. The interiors felt tired and dated and weren’t quite delivering the relaxed, inviting feel needed to appeal to today’s holiday renters.

The brief was to update the home with a modern coastal look, light, fresh and welcoming while keeping it practical and durable for short-stay accommodation.

Working with a neutral base, natural textures and coastal-inspired pieces, the space was transformed into an easy, relaxed seaside escape. Layered soft furnishings, organic shapes and considered furniture selections were used to bring warmth and character, while still keeping the layout functional and guest-friendly.

The result is a calm, cohesive Airbnb that feels comfortable and inviting from the moment you walk in, designed to photograph well, feel welcoming for guests and ultimately enhance the overall stay experience.
